Who provides the game

Jab & Move and its supporting pages are provided by Nudge Reality Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 12548462. Our registered office is 9 Garrison Close, Chester, CH3 6GS, United Kingdom. Contact info@nudgereality.com for support, complaints or questions about these terms.

Who the game is for

Jab & Move is intended for players of all ages, including children. It is a stylised boxing game. Parents and guardians should help children decide whether the game is suitable for them and guide their use of online features.

This audience description is not an official age rating and does not override a device manufacturer's minimum age, account rules or safety guidance. Children should ask a parent or guardian before using a headset, joining an online room or sharing information publicly.

Free play and optional features

All currently available game content is free. There are no purchases, subscriptions, cash prizes or cash-out features. XP, attributes, medals, belts and leaderboard points are game features; they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

You can play CPU fights and training without registering an online account or accepting optional analytics. Online rooms, spectating and the public leaderboard are optional. The game is intended to be funded by advertising. First-party promotions may appear without tracking; Google network advertising is currently disabled. Declining optional processing does not promise an ad-free game. If we introduce paid content or change how optional data is used, we will explain the change and any applicable choices before you use it; these terms do not authorise a future charge.

A developing game

Jab & Move is a developing browser game. Features, balance and supported devices can change. Multiplayer depends on compatible browsers, networks and third-party services and may not connect on every network. See the support guide for current limitations and device guidance.

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, faults and external outages can interrupt it. We will give reasonable notice of significant planned changes or closure where practicable. We may need to act sooner to address a security issue, abuse or a legal requirement. Changes will not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Your progress and leaderboard identity

Progress and preferences are saved on your device, not automatically backed up or synchronised between devices. Clearing browser data, switching browsers or losing a device may remove those saves. You can download a private backup through Saves & account.

If you join the leaderboard, your browser also holds a secret that controls that identity. Keep the secret and your private backup private. Do not share them as room invitations or send them to support. There is no email/password recovery service for these identities. If you lose access, contact us; we may be unable to restore an identity without sufficient evidence.

You can export your leaderboard data or delete your leaderboard identity through the same controls. Deleting the identity does not delete local progress; cached rankings may take a few minutes to update. The privacy policy explains other retention and deletion limits.

Fair play and acceptable use

• Choose a public nickname that does not reveal private information, impersonate someone else or contain unlawful, hateful, threatening or sexually explicit material.
• Do not harass other players, share another person's private information, or use invitations or public names to promote scams or unlawful content.
• Do not fabricate ranked results, automate competitive submissions, exploit faults to manipulate leaderboards, evade restrictions or access another player's identity.
• Do not attack, overload or attempt unauthorised access to the game, its services or other users' devices.

Report a problem to info@nudgereality.com with the public nickname, approximate time and a description. Do not send identity secrets or private backups. For a suspected security issue, describe it privately and avoid accessing other people's information or disrupting the live service.

Rankings and enforcement

CPU points and multiplayer ratings are provisional. Results are reported by browsers and are not independently verified competitive achievements. We may correct erroneous results, remove abusive names or manipulated entries, or restrict online access where reasonably necessary to protect players and the service. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to ask us to review a mistake; urgent safety, security or legal concerns may require immediate action.

We may change scoring or introduce new ranking seasons. We will explain significant planned changes rather than promising that a particular position, score or reward will remain unchanged indefinitely. This does not authorise arbitrary removal of your legal rights.

Playing comfortably

This is an entertainment game, not boxing instruction or a fitness programme. You direct a miniature fighter using controls; physical punches are not tracked. Follow your device manufacturer's age, safety and play-space instructions. In mixed reality, keep your surroundings clear, stay aware of other people and objects, take breaks and stop if you feel unwell or uncomfortable.

Game content, recordings and credits

The game, website, branding and assets are protected by intellectual-property rights held by us or our licensors where those rights apply. We permit you to access and play the official game for personal entertainment. This does not transfer ownership of the game or grant a licence to redistribute the game or its assets as a separate product. Rights granted by an applicable third-party or open-source licence, and uses permitted by law, are unaffected.

You may share screenshots, livestreams and gameplay videos, including monetised commentary, that honestly identify the game and do not suggest our endorsement. Respect other players' privacy and any third-party music or other rights in your recording. This permission does not grant additional rights over third-party content. See the audio credits and retained Inter and Barlow font licences. Contact us about other commercial uses or a rights concern.

We do not claim ownership of your public nickname or your original commentary and recordings. When you submit a nickname and results to the leaderboard, you permit us to display and process them to provide and administer that feature, as explained in the privacy policy.

Privacy and your choices

Read the privacy policy and cookie and storage policy for the information needed to run the game, optional services and your rights. This version does not collect optional analytics. Review current settings through Privacy information. Reading these terms or playing does not grant analytics or advertising consent.

Responsibility and your legal rights

We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that could not reasonably have been anticipated, or business losses arising from using this consumer game for business purposes, except where the law requires otherwise. The explanations about local saves and developing features do not remove responsibility that the law places on us.

Changes, stopping play and complaints

You can stop playing at any time. Use Saves & account to manage your local backups and optional leaderboard identity. We will date changes to these terms and make significant changes clear before they take effect where practicable. Revised terms do not retrospectively remove rights arising before the change.

Please contact us first if you want our help resolving a complaint; you do not have to do so before exercising a legal right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, but this choice does not remove mandatory protections available to consumers where they live. You may bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law; we do not require private arbitration or waive your access to those courts.
